Selfies get a lot of bad press, often seen as narcissistic, self-obsessive or boastful. For many though it is genuine attempt to boost self esteem, requiring a degree of self-confidence to take in the first place. By simply hitting that like button you can provide some positive reinforcement and make that person feel really good about themselves. Share the love people and brighten someone’s day.
I read a conversation on facebook today where a friend made a reference to The Unbearable Lightness of Being where a character looks in the mirror not out of vanity, but as an affirmation of seeing her soul and knowing she’s alive. Being able to support one another through sharing is a great community thing as well. I hope every like this photo gets brightens your day.
There’s nothing wrong with sex, people.
- Having sex every day.
- Saving sex for your wedding night.
- Never having sex.
- Having sex with different people.
- Having sex with one person.
- Having sex with a person of your same gender.
- Loving sex.
- Hating sex.
- Being loud.
- Being quiet.
The only thing wrong with sex?
When it’s not consensual.
Because that’s not sex. That’s rape.
Reblogging again because this post is so important.
the fact that people are like “Coca Cola supports racial equality, I’m not going to be drinking Coca Cola anymore” and “Google supports gay rights I’m not going to use them anymore” like what next “the Earth provides Oxygen to ethnic minorities I’m going to stop breathing in protest”
